Mining and Civil Australia Pty Ltd ("MACA") was incorporated in November 2002.
In November 2010 the Company listed on the ASX as MACA Limited ("MACA")
The company was formed to provide the opportunity for a 'hands on' mining contractor to form close relationships with its clients and provide a responsive service.
In just over 10 years the company has established an enviable reputation in the industry and built a solid financial foundation on which the company can continue to build with confidence.

Board of Directors
Andrew is a former Managing Partner of Price Waterhouse Coopers (PwC), Perth Office, a former national Vice President of the Securities Institute of Australia (now the Financial Services Institute of Australasia) and a former President of the Western Australian division of that Institute. Andrew is a Fellow of the ICAA and has served as state councillor of the ICAA. Andrew is currently a board member of Mermaid Marine and Nido Petroleum.
Chris is a qualified construction engineer who has spent his entire career within the mining industry, working with both mining contractors and mining companies over his 31 year career.
During his career Chris has also fulfilled senior off-shore management and executive positions in Africa, South America and the West Indies. Chris’s considerable experience and familiarity with MACA's clients and operation will enable him to provide solid leadership and strategic direction for the MACA business.
Geoff is a founding shareholder of MACA. Geoff is responsible for the operations including planning, operating strategy, capital expenditure and delivery of safety and financial outcomes on all projects. Geoff has worked in the sector for 37 years focusing on plant maintenance and asset management.
Linton has over 30 years experience in mining and earthmoving, covering both open pit and underground operations in several commodities. He has held technical, operational and management positions in a variety of mining and mining service companies throughout the world prior to becoming a consultant in 1997. Mr Kirk holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mining) degree from the University of Melbourne, is a fellow and Charted Professional of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Robert brings over 40 years experience in civil engineering and construction to the Board. He has for the past 10 years worked at a senior level for a significant public company working in engineering services. Prior to that Robert ran the Western Australian civil division of that business for 4 years contributing at a strategic level to the senior management group whilst the civil business established itself throughout Australia. During that time the business experienced significant growth. Mr Ryan later accepted a strategic role aligned to business growth and improvement, working on specific tasks both in Australia and overseas, reporting directly to the CEO of the infrastructure division. Robert was also a partner in a successful civil earthmoving business for 12 years.
