Community & Corporate Responsibility
Mining & Civil Australia continue to play an active part in the communities in which we work. This support includes donations, sponsorship & other forms of assistance that MACA are able to provide.
In 2008 MACA have provided material assistance to FESA Meekatharra branch in the form of an Engel Refrigerator for their next raffle.
This donation was presented to members of FESA in Meekatharra in October by Dave Robinson from Mning & Civil Australia's Mercator Operation .
In 2008 Mining & Civil Australia have also proudly supported Princess Margeret Hospital with donations which enabled new equipment to be purchased by the PMH Foundation.
Recently Mining & Civil Australia provided sponsorship to a
young speedway driver Ben Crocker who races around regional Western Australia. Ben's father works for Crossland Resources at the Jack Hills site.
Mining & Civil Australia are proud supporters of both the communities in which we work & various charitable organisations including the Royal Flying Doctor Service, The Salvation Army, St Vincent DePaul & Silver Chain.
Mining & Civil Australia recognise the importance of the regional communities and will continue to support them into 2009.
