MACA are committed to the ongoing safety, health and wellbeing of our workforce. Through the use of a comprehensive Safety and Health Management System has developed safe systems of work to meet this objective. MACA has developed and implemented a proactive safety and risk management program.

Employee involvement in continuous improvement to workplace safety and health is actively encouraged through the 'MACA Innovation' process. This process recognises and awards innovative thinking that benefits the safety and wellbeing of all personnel on Mining and Civil Australia projects.

The MACA Safety and Health Management System has been certified by SAI Global to the requirements of AS/NZS 4801:2001.
