Project Administrator

To enable our business to grow, we require an experienced and capable Project Administrator to join our team.

Reporting to the Project Manager, the role is focused on providing hands on administration support to the entire project.  You will directly contribute to the effectiveness of how the project administration is maintained.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Assist management with day to day administration tasks
  • Raise Purchase Requisitions, as required
  • Attend Site and Client meetings, as required
  • Maintain Monthly Claim Sheet
  • Prepare and issue invoices for completed works to Client
  • Reconcile issued invoices to Accounts
  • Update daily costings, keeping a running tally of costs and invoices
  • Assisting with month end processing
  • Payroll data entry of hours worked and leave requests in MACA Data System (MDS)
  • Updating and uploading of documents into MDS relating to OHS, Training and Compliance
  • Assist with quarterly audits

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • At least 3 years of administration experience, ideally working on a project
  • The ability to work autonomously, being self-driven
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Well established communication skills; written and verbal
