Geoff Baker
Executive Director, Operations

Geoff is a founding shareholder of MACA. Geoff is responsible for planning, operating strategy, capital expenditure and delivery of safety and financial outcomes on all projects. Geoff has worked in the sector for 40 years focusing on plant maintenance and asset management.

Mike Sutton
Chief Executive Officer
BSc in Civil Engineering, MAICD, MAusIMM

Mike is an experienced Civil Engineer with over 40 years experience gained in various senior roles within the mining and civil contracting industries, having worked internationally with more than 20 years spent in Western Australia. Prior to joining MACA, Mr Sutton held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Downer EDI Mining for 10 years successfully growing the business from a low base. Prior to that Mike held senior roles with Leighton Contractors and Henry Walker Eltin. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.

Peter Gilford
Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary

Peter has 15 years experience in the areas of financial management, accounting, business and taxation services. He has provided services to a large number of mining, exploration and construction companies and has provided services to MACA for over 10 years. Peter has acted in roles of Director, Company Secretary and CFO for a number of privately owned businesses. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.

David Greig
Chief Operating Officer

David has over 20 years' experience in international mining, construction, maintenance, and infrastructure industries.  Early in his career David worked for OEM’s in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia and the USA. This was followed by 12 years as a Regional General Manager for an international mining equipment and maintenance company, spending 6 years working in Australia and more recently 6 years in North and South America. 

Tim Gooch
General Manager - Mining
B Eng (Mining)

Tim is a qualified Mining Engineer from Camborne School of Mines in the UK. His 30 years in the mining industry has seen him work in the UK, South & West Africa, Canada and 25 years based here in Australia. His experience covers surface and underground mining and processing in gold, diamonds, nickel and other base metals in a number of senior management roles.

Mark Davidovic
General Manager - Civil & Infrastructure

Mark is a professional civil engineer with over 26 years’ experience in both resource and public sector infrastructure developments. Mark has developed strong working relationships with all of his clients, support partners and internal/external stakeholders during his extensive career and has held substantial roles with some of Australia’s largest and most successful service companies. Mark’s key driver in leading MACA’s Civil & Infrastructure division is to provide our relationship clients with unparalleled value by delivering our projects in a sustainable manner for all parties.

Linda Devereux
General Manager - People & Safety

With more than two decades of experience in HR/Corporate Services positions, Linda has worked across a diverse range of private and ASX listed organisations. During her career, Linda has held senior and executive level positions within the automotive, ship building, commercial contracting, mining and mining services industries. Linda has a strong passion to drive an effective people and safety strategy across the organisation, whilst providing pragmatic systems and solutions to support business leaders achieve sound commercial outcomes and improve organisational cultures.

Adam Struthers
General Manager - Plant

Throughout Adam's 25 year career he has worked for Contractors, Hire companies and OEM’s in the maintenance industry. Adam has over 20 years' experience in the mining sector, including 15 years in managerial positions.

Tony McClure
General Manager - MACA Interquip & Crushing 
GradDipMgt, GradDipConst

Tony for the past 25 years has held Senior Management roles across the Oil and Gas, Mining, Construction, Engineering Services and Fabrication industries. Through this exposure Tony has gained a clear understanding of Professional Leadership, People Management, Safety and Emergency Management, Business Partnering, Project Management, HR, IR, and Environmental Stewardship. All of this broad exposure has helped Tony develop as a Leader in his chosen field.

Mitch Wallace

Mitch Wallace
General Manager - Brazil Operations

Mitch has more than 20 years of management experience in the management of fixed and mobile plant.  His career has been based both in Australia and overseas where he has developed a solid knowledge of plant management under a variety of conditions. Mitch provides the leadership to the plant department, optimising lifecycles and world class maintenance practices to the company’s fixed and mobile assets.
