Leadership Program nomination

Our leadership programs are designed to give new and potential leaders the resources, confidence and skillset required to reach their full leadership potential.

To nominate someone for a leadership program, please complete the below form.

CONDITIONS OF NOMINATION
  • This Form is to be used to nominate an appropriate candidate for the MACA Leadership Programs by their direct reporting line, acting as Nominator.
  • Please score the Nominee using the options of Developing (D), Consistent (C) and Exemplary (E)
    • Developing – still in learning, however progressing strongly and has the attitude that shows they are willing to learn the required standards
    • Consistent – able to demonstrate they are achieving this requirement at an acceptable standard
    • Exemplary – demonstrating they are able to go above and beyond the required standard for this role
  • Example section must be answered with descriptions and examples of the actions the Nominee has/is demonstrating.
  • Submission of the form must be made by the nomination closing date for the program.
  • Nominator must ensure all questions are completed and ensure the review and approvals are in place before submission to MACALeadershipProgram@maca.net.au.
  • Completed nomination records will be kept by the Organisation Development Department for review.
  • It is critical that the Nominee and Nominator sit together to discuss each parties perceived outcomes and expectations for the program before and after attendance.
  • Nomination does not guarantee a place on the program.
