Since 2019, Moses had set his sights on brighter horizons in Australia, however the global pandemic had other plans.
Fast forward to late 2023, when an advert on Indeed led to a chat with our Recruitment Team, and ultimately, a life-changing job offer.
On 9 January 2024, Moses touched down In Perth to begin the next chapter of his journey, working at Karlawinda as an Auto-Electrician.
First up, Moses had to try our Aussie delicacies, from a pub parmi, to the gold standard pie and sauce, accompanied by a Bundaberg ginger beer – thankfully, we are pleased to share that they didn’t disappoint!
While making the move to Australia was without hesitation, he can’t wait for the approval of his TSS 482 visa so his family can join him.
Now a core member of the Karlawinda Workshop crew, Moses shares what he enjoys most about MACA.
“The people are so welcoming and cheerful, making me feel at home. I learn everyday, and there is always help or advice available when I need it. Arriving at Karlawinda was an experience, the landscape was breathtaking, and I really enjoy the desert outlook and warm weather,” he said.
